Knee deformity-Genu valgum with shortening of right lower limb ,due to BAR formation at epiphyseal region post trauma, Initially tried with growth modulation alone no correction Later with corrective osteotomy with LRS SYSTEM n limb lengthening, achieved 2.5inch limb lenghtnin Patient doing well with mild limping and full ROM at knee
