What families can expect
A careful path from concern to confident next steps
Trust is built by understanding the condition, comparing appropriate options and knowing what follow-up involves.
Listen & examine
The consultation begins with the patient’s concern, history and an age-appropriate clinical examination.
Explain clearly
Findings, likely diagnosis and the purpose of any recommended investigation are explained in plain language.
Plan individually
Observation, therapy, bracing or surgery is considered according to the condition—not a one-size-fits-all pathway.
Review progress
Follow-up assesses healing, function and development so the care plan can be adjusted when needed.

Questions before an orthopaedic consultation
What does a patient testimonial tell me?
A testimonial describes one person’s experience with communication, care and recovery. It cannot predict another patient’s result because diagnosis, severity, age, treatment and rehabilitation differ.
When should a child see a paediatric orthopaedic specialist?
Consider an evaluation for persistent pain, limping, difficulty walking, a suspected fracture, limb or spine asymmetry, delayed motor milestones, or a bone and joint concern present since birth. Urgent injuries should receive prompt medical attention.
Does every deformity or alignment concern need surgery?
No. Depending on the diagnosis and the child’s growth stage, observation, exercises, physiotherapy, bracing or other non-surgical care may be appropriate. Surgery is considered only after an individual assessment.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Bring previous X-rays or scans, reports, prescriptions, relevant medical history and a list of current medicines. For a child, note when the concern began and whether it affects walking, play, sleep or school activities.
How can I book with Dr. Rajesh Panchal?
Use the online booking link, call +91 88798 23511, or WhatsApp OrthoKid. Mention whether you prefer Borivali East or Dahisar East and whether this is a first consultation or follow-up.
Are the results shown on this page guaranteed?
No. These are individual clinical journeys and personal experiences. A consultation is required to understand the diagnosis, suitable options, risks, expected recovery and likely outcome for a particular patient.
Take the next step
Concerned about movement, alignment, pain or a child’s bone development?
A specialist assessment can replace uncertainty with a clear, individual plan.
